Return Policy

Exchanges and refunds are only allowed if the kefir grains arrived defective. If there was, then I'll refund you for free, or send you another, depending on the issue. No need to mail it back, unless I ask you to (and you must pay return shipping).

If there is a problem with your kefir grains: show and tell all the details within 2 days of you receiving them. Include a picture too. Such as if the packagae arrived punctured. Or if the issue was they arrived really really late or something similar (like 2 weeks or so?? Which shouldn't happen, even with regular first class mail shipping).
